2. Order Processing

All orders are subject to product availability. We may cancel any order and reserve the right to limit quantities purchased per customer.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase information for all transactions.

3. Limitation of Liability

CanisLune shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from product use or inability to use our products.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on CanisLune including designs, text, graphics and product designs are our exclusive property and protected by international copyright laws.

Unauthorized use of any content may violate copyright, trademark and other laws.

5. Return & Refund Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused products in original packaging. Customer bears return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Customized or personalized items cannot be returned unless defective.

6. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall first attempt to be resolved through good faith negotiations between parties.

If unresolved, disputes shall be settled through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the International Chamber of Commerce.

The prevailing party in any dispute shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorney fees and costs.
